When is it time to start neurotoxin treatments?
Yesterday……… Just kidding!
This is a personal choice made by you. If you are concerned about progressive and deepening of wrinkles in your high movement areas (forehead, brow, around the eyes), I tell people to begin when they start to see wrinkles at rest or when they start seeing their makeup collect in their wrinkles. This may begin in your mid 20’s or maybe even early 40’s…. for the lucky ones!
Another scenario to consider neurotoxin treatments is if your muscles are strong, creating deep wrinkles with expression. Neurotoxin can soften these wrinkles by relaxing the muscles so the wrinkles aren’t as prominent.
Remember, the only way to truly prevent or improve expression wrinkles, is with a neurotoxin.
