Spray Puracyn Plus directly on the would to flush away any dirt and debris or until the wound is fully cleaned - no rinsing necessary. If you are using a dressing, soak with Puracyn Plus before applying over wound and again at every dressing change, 2-3 times daily or as needed, until the wound is fully healed.
