1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Site, booking an appointment, purchasing services/products, or enrolling in programs or events, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.

2) Medical & Service Disclaimers

  • L.A.B. is a medical spa. All treatments are provided at the discretion of our medical team and may require an in-person or virtual consultation, medical history review, and clinical clearance.
  • Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed. Photographs and testimonials are illustrative only.
  • Our Site content is for general information and is not medical advice. For emergencies, call 911.

3) Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or accompanied by a legal guardian) to receive most services. We may request ID and refuse service when safety or compliance requires it.

4) Appointments, Late Arrivals, Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Booking: A valid card on file and/or deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
  • Late arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened or rescheduled. Standard fees may still apply.
  • Cancellations/no-shows: Cancellations within [insert window, e.g., 24–48 hours] or missed appointments may incur a [insert fee or percentage] and/or forfeiture of any deposit or promotional value.
  • Rescheduling: Subject to availability; fees/deposits may transfer at our discretion.

5) Payments, Pricing & Promotions

  • We accept the payment methods listed at checkout/in-clinic. Payment is due at the time of service.
  • Prices, menus, and promotions may change without notice. Taxes and fees may apply.
  • Promotions, referral credits, or discounts cannot be combined unless expressly stated and have no cash value.
  • We may correct pricing or typographical errors at any time.

6) Refunds, Returns & Packages

  • Services: All service sales (including injectables, lasers, facials, consultations where applicable) are final and non-refundable once rendered.
  • Prepaid packages/multi-session purchases: Are non-transferable, non-refundable, and typically expire [insert timeframe, e.g., 12 months] from purchase unless otherwise stated.
  • Retail products: Unopened, unused products in saleable condition may be eligible for exchange or store credit within [insert window, e.g., 14 days] with receipt. Skincare and prescription items may be final sale for safety reasons.
  • Adverse events: Please contact us promptly; evaluation and care will be provided per clinical protocols.

7) Memberships & Subscriptions

  • Membership terms, fees, inclusions, blackout dates, auto-renewal, and cancellation windows are defined in the membership agreement at purchase.
  • Benefits are for the named member only, have no cash value, and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.
  • We may modify membership pricing or benefits on renewal with notice per the membership agreement.

8) Gift Cards & Credits

  • L.A.B. gift cards/credits are redeemable only for eligible services or products at our location(s) and are not redeemable for cash unless required by law. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.

9) Contraindications & Right to Refuse Service

  • For your safety, we may postpone or refuse treatment due to medical conditions, medications, recent procedures, sun exposure, pregnancy/breastfeeding considerations, or failure to follow pre/post-care. Harassment or unsafe behavior may result in refusal of service.

10) Photos, Testimonials & Educational Use

  • With your written consent, L.A.B. may capture treatment photos/videos for your medical record. Separate written consent is required for any marketing or educational use. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time.

11) Training, Events & Space Rental

  • For trainings/events or space rental, specific agreements govern scheduling, inclusions, pricing, attendee conduct, and cancellation terms. Deposits may be required and are subject to the event/rental agreement.

12) Online Store & Shipping (if applicable)

  • Orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Shipping timelines are estimates only. Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the carrier. Inspect packages upon receipt and notify us of issues within [insert window, e.g., 3 business days].

13) User Conduct & Reviews

  • You agree not to post unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or harmful content. We may moderate or remove content at our discretion. By submitting reviews/testimonials, you grant L.A.B. a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content in connection with the Site and our services, per applicable laws and your consent settings.

14) Intellectual Property

  • The Site, its design, text, graphics, logos, and other content are owned or licensed by L.A.B. and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute Site content without written permission.

15) Third-Party Links & Tools

  • Third-party websites, tools, or services linked from our Site are not under our control. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Use at your own risk and review their terms.

16) Privacy, Cookies & Communications

  • Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
  • SMS/Email: By providing your contact information, you consent to receive transactional messages (e.g., confirmations, reminders). You may also opt-in to marketing communications; you can opt out at any time (e.g., reply STOP to SMS). Standard message/data rates may apply.
  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties.

17) Telehealth (if offered)

  • Telehealth services are subject to provider licensure and state/federal laws. Technology limitations may affect assessment. You may be required to attend in-person visits when clinically indicated.

18) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, L.A.B., its owners, clinicians, and staff are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the service or product at issue.

19) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless L.A.B. and its personnel from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site or services, or violation of applicable laws.

20) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for disputes will be in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas. If you prefer arbitration, we can include a mutual binding arbitration clause upon request.

21) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to the Site with the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
