Kelsey Etley, PA

Kelsey Etley, MPH, MSHS, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Associate with over a decade of experience in advanced clinical care. She holds dual master’s degrees in Physician Associate Studies and Public Health from The George Washington University. Kelsey has an extensive background in cardiology, interventional spine, and pain management, where she honed her skills in complex patient assessment, diagnosis, and individualized treatment planning. 

She now brings her expertise to functional medicine, focusing on health optimization, weight management, and hormone replacement therapy. Having personally navigated premature ovarian insufficiency, Kelsey is especially passionate about guiding women through the challenges of perimenopause and menopause. She is dedicated to helping patients restore balance, optimize health, and achieve sustainable wellness through compassionate, evidence-based, and personalized care.
