Chelle Dess, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, CPSN

Chelle Dess, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, CPSN, is a dedicated healthcare professional originally from Omaha, Nebraska. She began her nursing journey at Baylor University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2003. Chelle started her career in the Neonatal ICU before transitioning into day surgery and eventually discovering her passion for aesthetics within the field of plastic surgery.

For the past eight years, Chelle has proudly served as an aesthetic nurse injector and Certified Plastic Surgery Nurse (CPSN). Her commitment to advancing her expertise led her to earn a Master of Science in Nursing from Texas Woman’s University in May 2023. After successfully completing her board exams, she became a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).

Chelle is passionate about combining medical expertise with aesthetic artistry to help patients look and feel their absolute best. She prioritizes safety, continued education, and staying current with the latest techniques through both virtual and hands-on training opportunities. Her specialties include neurotoxin injections, dermal fillers for lip and cheek enhancement, and wellness-focused treatments.

With a strong foundation in both healthcare and aesthetics, Chelle is dedicated to creating natural, confidence-boosting results while ensuring every patient feels supported throughout their aesthetic journey.
