Our mentorship focuses on structured, real-world learning rather than classroom theory. You’ll train inside an active med spa, guided by experienced injectors who prioritize education and professionalism.
Mentees primarily shadow and assist under supervision. Hands-on injection experience is included through dedicated training hours earned monthly, where mentees practice techniques using approved models and supplies.
You’ll develop confidence in both patient interaction and clinical flow, gaining exposure to treatment planning, product knowledge, compliance, and documentation, all skills that strengthen your career foundation.
Consistency is key to your progress, but we understand life happens. Missed sessions can often be made up within your program term upon approval.
Yes. Many mentees stay in touch for continued guidance, networking, and future opportunities. Completion of the program often leads to lasting professional relationships.
