RETURN POLICY
Thank you for choosing The L.A.B. med spa. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please review the details of our return policy below.
RETURNS
All returns must be made in person and within five days of the purchase date. Returned items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please visit The L.A.B. med spa in person at 1910 E State Hwy 114, Southlake, TX 76092, with your item and proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least five to ten days from the return date for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
